Blake Juarez was born and raised in Spokane and started Luxury & Shine after years of seeing the same complaints from homeowners — crews that rushed, missed spots, didn't touch the screens or tracks, and were impossible to get back out for a fix.
He built the business he wished was already here. A small crew he trains and oversees personally. Every job done with the screens, frames, and sills included. And if something isn't right, we come back.
