Common Questions
Good questions.
Stuff people ask before they book. If yours isn't here, just call.
Pricing & Quotes
How much does it cost?
add
Most homes land between $200 and $750. The price depends on how many windows you have, the size and accessibility of your home, and whether you want interior, exterior, or both. We charge separately for inside and outside, so you only pay for what you actually want done.
Do you offer free quotes?
add
Yes. Quotes are always free. Most go out the same day you call.
Is there a discount for recurring service?
add
Yes. If you set up monthly, quarterly, or twice-yearly visits, you get a reduced rate per visit. Less prep on each cleaning means we can pass the savings along.
The Service
What's actually included?
add
Glass (both sides if you've booked both), frames, sills, and screens. Window tracks get vacuumed too. Most other companies skip the screens and tracks unless you pay extra — we just include them.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
add
We do a walk-through with you when we're done. If you spot anything we missed, we fix it on the spot. If you notice something later, give us a call and we'll come back. No charge, no hassle.
Are your products safe for pets and plants?
add
Yes. We use eco-friendly cleaning products that won't harm landscaping, pets, or anyone in the household.
Do I need to be home?
add
For exterior-only jobs, no — we just need access to the outside of the house and any gates. For interior work, someone needs to let us in. We're happy to coordinate around your schedule either way.
Scheduling
How far in advance do I need to book?
add
Usually a week or two for window cleaning. Spring and fall fill up faster — that's when most people want their windows done. If you've got a deadline (selling a house, hosting an event), tell us and we'll work with it.
What areas do you serve?
add
Spokane and the surrounding areas through to Coeur d'Alene. If you're somewhere in between, you're covered.
What's the best time of year to get windows cleaned?
add
Most people do it twice a year — once in spring after pollen season, and once in fall before winter sets in. That said, we work year-round and can clean any time the weather cooperates.
Christmas Lights
Do you install and take them down?
add
Both. We handle install in November and takedown in January or whenever you're ready.
When should I book?
add
As early as possible — ideally September or October. The calendar fills up quickly through November and we'd rather not turn anyone away.
